Le Petit Creme, le petit wait

Salmon eggs Benedict.
Easily one of the best in Sydney.
Enough said.

Except that would be a bit too short for a blog lol. So let me tell a story.
Once upon a time, there was a little French cafe nicely nested in Darlinghurst called Le Petite Creme.

They had yummy yummo salmon eggs Benedict

Just go try it, you will love it too!!

Whilst 10/10 for the food, lots of improvement in the coffee.
My first time sitting inside, and I solved the puzzle of why the coffee there was always so bitter.

Guess the shot sat on the table for about 5 minutes, and then milk poured in, sat for another 5 minutes had a little something to do with it. But other than that, I loved everything else about it.
